Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Below Par website and the purchase of products from us.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns

Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

8. Product Images

We make every effort to display colours accurately.

Due to different screen settings, colours may vary slightly from the physical product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, text and designs, belongs to Below Par or its licensors.

Content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
